Submit an abstract (poster) before 07 May 2018.

Acceptance notifications for poster presentation will be sent by 14 May 2018.

Send your hotel information before 02 June 2018.

All participants must register before 02 June 2018.

The registration is made in two steps:

1. Please fill in your on-line registration form. Click here to send your information.
   
2. Please make the payment of the registration fee on 23 July 2018 in the reception desk of the Conference at Mareiro Hotel in the official currency in Brazil (real).
   

Registration includes access to lectures, poster sessions, conference materials, refreshments at coffee breaks and social dinner.

We believe that most of us will stay at Mareiro Hotel and we will be pleased to take care of your reservation. Instead, if you prefer to make your own reservation elsewhere, or directly with Mareiro Hotel, please let us know by sending a message to pdes-icm2018@icmc.usp.br.

We have negotiated special rates. Our agreement with Mareiro Hotel is as follows:

• Single room = 290,00 reais (Brazilian currency) per night
• Double room = 320,00 reais per night
• Triple room = 430,00 reais per night

If you want us to book a room for you, please include your booking details (check in and check out dates, room's type) in the online registration form click here before 02 June 2018.

You will pay for your hotel expenses at your check in at Mareiro Hotel.

There are direct flights from/to Lisbon (with TAP), Paris (with Air France), Milan (with Meridiana) and Miami (with LATAM) to/from Fortaleza.

Consider to spend few more days to enjoy the nature around Fortaleza (e.g., at Jericoacoara and Canoa Quebrada). We will be pleased to help you to organize your trip. You may find some information at:

We encourage researchers and graduate students to present a poster in the conference. The deadline for submitting is 07 May 2018. To submit, please send by the on-line registration form the title and abstract of your poster.
